About Us

Once you’re done exploring Sabah, why not check out the view of this city from above and join this paragliding experience in Ranau! This thrilling activity will start with training from an expert paragliding pilot as he covers all the basic procedures for your utmost safety. Once done, you’ll strap on your paragliding wings together with your pilot and you’ll soar through the skies of Sabah, and over Kinabalu, Malaysia’s highest mountain.

GUEST POLICY

• Minimum age to participate is 13
• Participant must weight at least 30kg but not over 85kg
• This activity is strongly dependent on weather conditions. Please be patient in case of lack of wind speed.
• This activity is not recommended for persons with disabilities
• Whether to go to the paraglider base to fly a paraglider or not depends on various irresistible factors such as the weather, wind speed and direction of the day.
• The tour guide will try to make reasonable adjustments according to the daily situation

GOOD TO KNOW

• All passengers must wear shoe and advice to wear long pants. 
• Video file can be transfer to mobile phone. Please spare at least 1GB free space on your mobile phone.

Terms and Conditions

• Group Inclusive Tour should be made at least one day before departure
• Ex-Kota Kinabalu with more than 15KM but less than 30KM from Kota Kinabalu Town, there is a surcharge of RM30/PAX/ (min. 2 Pax per trip for outskirt)
• Advance reservation is required, first come first served
• Cancellation cannot be made 24 hours before the departure time, and the fee will be lost.
• If you do not show up within 15 minutes of the designated departure time, it will be regarded as a No Show, and the cost will be lost.
• You can apply for a full refund for flight delays, illnesses, emergencies, etc. However, evidence must be presented to prove that it was not malicious cancellation of the trip.
• Each guest must participate in the pre-guided commentary and follow all instructions/arrangements in the itinerary to make the activity run smoothly.
• Tourists need to fill in their general personal information for the purpose of passenger insurance.
• Whether or not to cancel the trip will be decided by us after weighing the situation on the day, and the decision will be final, and no relevant parties can object.
• Mountain belongs to the plateau area, and the rainfall is more frequent than anywhere in Malaysia. The rain does not affect the project itinerary. Except for thunderstorms.
• Anything not mentioned above is not included.
• The above itinerary schedule may have deviations and cannot be accurate, and is only suitable for reference.
• Children aged 3-11: > 20kg for adult solo flight, <20kg for double flight (fly with parent or mother).
• Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, recent surgery and weight over 85kg are not recommended to participate.
• If you don’t fly but want to share the car with your relatives and friends, please take a follow-up/unsuccessful fee.
• Paragliders will be charged MYR 150 if they cannot fly/unsuccess.
