• Sunway Lagoon Hotel: Extra bed only allows for Deluxe Plus Executive Room & Deluxe Plus Executive Park Room.
• Sunway Hotel Pyramid: Extra bed only allows for Executive City View.
• Hotel check in time is 1500 hours and check out time is 1200 hours. If guest arrives at the hotel prior to check in time, the room will be subject to availability.
• Confirmation of rooms subject to availability.
• Any changes on Sunway Lagoon Hotel's peak and super peak dates are subject to hotel's discretion.

Child Policy:

• Accommodation up to two (2) children, below 12 years old are free of charge when sharing with adults in existing bedding. Baby cot is free of charge, subject to availability.
• Any extra bed request for child is chargeable.
