Terms & Conditions

• This package only applicable for the Malaysian. For Non Malaysian ticket you can purchase it here.
• E-ticket is valid for single redemption and entry. All tickets purchased must be redeemed at any one time and there is no partial redemption are allowed.
• Unauthorized flying drone are not allowed within kl tower premise.
• If guest have already redeemed voucher and faced cases of inclement weather on the day of visit, they may inform the staff at KL Tower and revisit on the following day for free.
• Tickets purchased for weekdays must be used on weekdays only, and vice versa.
• Visitors must present their valid identification documents when purchasing the tickets.
• Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to request the visitors to provide valid identification documents. Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased and no refund is available should the visitors failed to provide identification documents upon request.
• Re-selling of child free tickets are not allowed.
• Balance existing free tickets in the portal are not allowed to be sell to local market.
• Offered price is valid for purchase through official agents only.
• Visitors are required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination (two doses plus 14 days) either through digital vaccination certificate (MySejahtera) or physical vaccination certificate. Visitors are prohibited from entry should they failed to do so.
• Visits to Menara Kuala Lumpur are subjected to allowable capacity of tower and availability of time slot. Time slot reservations are ‘first come, first serve’. Reserved time slots are non-transferable.
• Menara Kuala Lumpur will not be responsible for any missed reserved time slot.
• Visitors are required to follow the Standard Procedure Operation (SOP) by National Security Council (NSC) and Ministry of Health (MOH) while observing the allowable social norms during visits to Menara Kuala Lumpur.
• The management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Tower Walk 100 Terms & Condition

• Participants must weigh 34 <> 140 kg and must be a minimum of 120 cm in height.
• Participants are required to provide proof of vaccination (two doses plus 14 days) upon ticket purchasing. Menara Kuala Lumpur welcomes out-of-country visitors who can provide proof of vaccination.
• Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to cancel ticket purchased in the absence of adults.
• Participants must be of sound physical health, have good hand-eye coordination and able to walk independently (without assistance or aid).
• Any medical conditions must be informed upon registration. Participation is prohibited if;

-pregnant,

-has bone fracture,

-has undergone surgery in the last 6 months,

-has experienced a seizure in the past six months,

-has chest pain or shortness of breath,

-under the influence of medicinal product or alcohol or narcotic substances.

• Following states may impact the ability of the person to walk safely;

-all cardiovascular diseases (including high blood pressure)

-all respiratory diseases

-total or partial absence of limbs (prosthetics are not permitted)

-dizziness, vertigo or balance problems,

-visual impairment (other than wearers of glasses or contact lenses)

• Prior to participating, participants will be subjected to metal detection and physical pat-down to remove all fall hazards.
• Participants are not allowed to bring personal belongings on TW100 including camera and mobile phone. Menara Kuala Lumpur, or third party contract with Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to take photographs and/or videos of participants.
• Flat, lace-up secure footwear and pants must be worn. No personal belongings other than clothing being worn and eyeglasses may be taken on TW100. On-site storage lockers are available.
• Participants are required to check-in 45 minutes before the specified time on the tickets. 40 minutes are allocated for each session; 10 minutes for briefing and harness donning, 20 minutes for walking at TW100, and 10 minutes for removing the harness.
• Participants are required to sign indemnity form for public liability insurance purpose.
• Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to request valid identification documents for tickets sold. Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to cancelled tickets purchase and no refund is available should participants failed to provide valid identification documents upon request.
• TW100 tickets are for specific time and date, and are a non-refundable purchase. Changes to the date/time of a reservation are permitted up to 72 hours before the TW100, subject to availability.
• Operating schedules are subjected to change without further notice and TW100 can be subjected to closing or cancellation due to weather conditions, maintenance, or safety protocol possibility.
• Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to reject individual entries in the event of any doubt.
• Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to ensure that participants are healthy and in a safe condition before being at TW100.
• Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

Guest Policy

• Guest who aged 4 years old and below free of charge.
• Guest who aged 4 - 11 years old entitled to purchase for the Child ticket; aged 12 years old and above entitled to purchase for the Adult ticket.
• Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by adults. Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased in the absence of adults.

Good To Know

• For the safety of all guests, the open-air Sky Deck and Sky Box will not be open in cases of inclement weather.
• For safety and security purposes, no personal bags (including laptop bags), or backpacks are permitted at the Sky Deck area.
• Permitted items allowed must fit into these dimensions: 16" x 16" x 8".

• The Sky Box is a glass cube extended from the Sky Deck, with incredible views of KL in all directions.
