Itinerary

Duration: 10 hours

*The order of paragliding or ATV will be adjusted according to various force majeure factors such as the weather, wind speed, and direction of the day, the tour guide will try to make reasonable adjustments according to the daily situation

8. If you do not arrive 15 minutes after the designated departure time, it will be considered a No Show and the fee will be lost and cannot be refund.

10. Every guest must participate in the tour guide's explanation before the start and follow all instructions/arrangements in the itinerary to make the activity go smoothly.
11. Whether or not to cancel the itinerary will be decided by our side after weighing the situation of the day, and the decision will be final, and no relevant person can have any objection.
12. Mount Kinabalu belongs to the plateau area, and the rainfall is more frequent than anywhere in Malaysia. The rain does not affect the project schedule. Unless it rains or landslides.
13. For irresistible circumstances, such as: earthquakes, floods, riots, coups, road conditions, wind direction and speed, weather and other factors that can endanger the safety of tourists, we have the right to change the itinerary, date, route, meal, tour guide, time, etc. matters without prior notice.
14. The agency reserves the right to change prices or itineraries suddenly.
15. Children aged 3-11: must ride with an adult
16. Children aged 3-11: > 20kg for adult solo flight, <20kg for double flight (fly with parent or mother).
17. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnancy, recent surgery and those weighing more than 130kg are not recommended to participate.
18. Paragliding - Not recommended for people with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnancy, recent surgery and weighing over 85kg.
19. If the ATV or paragliding project cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, we will only charge the project package fee that has been carried out.
