• Participants must be physically fit as this tour is for those who love adventures.
• Each participant is required to sign an indemnity form before the tour commences 
• The Liability Release Form MUST be signed and understood by the participant before the tour commences.
• Kampar river excursion (and other tours listed except picnic) is not permitted for children aged 7 years old and below. However, a child although meeting the minimum age requirement, may not be allowed to raft subject to our absolute discretion.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible or inadvisable to raft, we reserve the right to change or postpone the tour to our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, no resource or claims be made against us.
