Eligibility

• Children: Aged 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive) or with a height above 1.0 meter and up to 1.4 meters on the date of park visitation
• Seniors: Aged 60 years old and above on the date of park visitation
• Children or infants who enjoy discounts on child tickets or free admission for infants and toddlers (as mentioned above) based on their age, their guardians must bring and show acceptable children or infants with their date of birth and photo when entering the park Original valid ID document issued by the government ("Official ID Card")
• The acceptable "official IDs" for children tourists from Mainland China include: People's Republic of China resident ID card, People's Republic of China social security card (with photo), passport
• The unacceptable "official IDs" for children tourists from mainland China include: household registration booklet (no photo), birth certificate (no photo), student ID card (non-government-issued ID)
• For other child tourists, the only acceptable "official ID documents" are Hong Kong, China, and Macau, China: "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents", "Travel Permit for the People's Republic of China" or "Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents of the People's Republic of China". Tourists from Taiwan, China: "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents", "Travel Permit of the People's Republic of China" or "Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China", tourists from other countries and regions: foreign passports
• Tourists who enjoy discounts on senior tickets based on their age must bring and present an acceptable original government-issued valid ID ("official ID") when entering the park
• For elderly tourists from the Mainland, the only acceptable "official ID card" is: The people's Republic of China Resident ID Card
• For other elderly tourists, the only acceptable "official ID documents" are Hong Kong, China, and Macau, China: "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents", "Travel Permit for People of the People's Republic of China" or "Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents of the People's Republic of China". Tourists from Taiwan, China: "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents", "Travel Permit for People of the People's Republic of China" or "Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China", tourists from other countries and regions: foreign passports
• Visitors who do not meet the above special fares or free admission standards must purchase a standard park ticket when entering Shanghai Disneyland

• Disney Stanby Pass are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Attractions applicable for the Disney Stanbypass are subject to change. Check the official website for more details
• One ID number can be used to purchase a maximum of 5 tickets. If you need more than 5 tickets, please make a separate booking with a different traveler’s name and ID number
• Travelers who booked together must enter the park together
• In accordance with relevant laws and government directives, all guests and their belongings are required to go through security screening prior to entering the premises of Shanghai Disneyland
• Guests to Shanghai Disneyland are expected to comply with ‘Shanghai Disneyland Rules and Regulations’
• At the Park’s Main Entrance, we will take photos of you as proof of your identity as the ticket holder, and refusal of taking such photos will disable you (i) to enjoy certain value-added services within the Park including but not limited to use of Disney Premier Access, and (ii) to enjoy certain entitlements whereby photo identity is necessary for operational purpose including but not limited to re-entry within the valid term of the ticket. In obtaining Disney Standby Pass or purchasing Disney Premier Access or other entitlements, if you use the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App on another person’s phone to scan your park ticket, your photo taken at Park’s Main Entrance will appear in the App on the person’s phone. After you use the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App to scan your park ticket, your photo taken at the Park’s Main Entrance will appear on the App. When you enjoy attractions such as TRON Lightcycle Power Run, Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue, and Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure, fun photos of you may be captured by the automated imaging facility to save your enjoyable moment in the Shanghai Disneyland
• The following items, among others, which include but are not limited to the items listed in this clause, cannot be brought into the park: flammable items; weapons; food items that require heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or temperature control, food items which have pungent odors (examples of food items not permitted in the park include, without limitation, instant noodles that require hot water, food kept in containers with reheating capabilities, and durian fruit); alcoholic beverages; cans or glass containers; oversized luggage; large tripods; folding chairs and stools; animals; articles prohibited by applicable laws and other items that may be harmful or disruptive

• Guests can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of the ticket purchasing. Guests are required to provide their valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and their prepaid ticket order when entering the park via Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance. All guest entering Shanghai Disney Resort will be required to follow the resort’s pandemic control and prevention requirements
• Guests who do not fill in the information, fill in false information, or fill in incomplete information may be refused entry. In this case, no refund, cancellation, or reschedules can be issued
• Disabled persons can use the discounts with a valid disability certificate. If you need to purchase, please go to the Shanghai Disney Resort official APP, official website, official WeChat public account or call the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Service Center. Disabled persons must bring their original valid ID card and original valid disability certificate, and enter the park after verifying your disability certificate through the "Certificate Inquiry" page of the WeChat official account of the "China Disabled Persons' Federation" at the main entrance. Visitors who cannot present their original valid disability certificate when entering the park, or who cannot pass the page verification, must make up the difference at the full price of the standard ticket
