Guest & Extra Bed Policy

• There is no charge for Child below eleven (11) years of age sharing with parent / guardian on same bed. Maximum one (1) Child per room permissible.
• Extra Bed is chargeable at RM100.00nett per bed per room per night if requested and is inclusive of Breakfast for one (1) person.
• Additional RM200.00nett for tour guide and driver to a maximum of one (1) room.

• All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2017 applicable from 1st September 2017.
• All prices are inclusive of 8% SST (Sales & Service Tax) and other relevant taxes.
• All accommodation rates per room per night inclusive of Breakfast(s) to maximum of two (2) persons.
• Strictly no cancellation or refund after booking confirmed.
• Any amendment to the number of rooms or attendees / occupants must be documented, otherwise full cancellation / no-show will be charged accordingly.
