About Us

Pandanan Island is located in the northeast of Semporna, near the western waters of Madjing. The scenery on the island is beautiful. There are also many military police stationed on this island, looking out at the sea, and some resting in hammocks in the woods, which are very friendly to tourists. The beach that has just been submerged by the sea, and the exposed place, which gradually changes from white sand to blue water, is still very attractive. Especially on the beach and in the sea, there are dry branches, which have been turned into snow-white branches by the wind and the sun. It is evenly distributed on the beach, creating another unique landscape.

Good To Know

Child policy: Free of charge for 0-2 yearsold, Child who take up a bed consider same price as adult.

3.因个人原因需要离开度假村的客人需自行承担交通费用。For those who need to leave the resort for personal reasons will have to bear the transportation cost by themselves.

4.度假村不提供镇上酒店接送，如需增加镇上酒店至码头接送，需加收 RM10/人; Transport from town hotel to jetty will be charge RM10/PAX.

5.潜水装备可在度假村租赁;Rental equipments available in island at own expenses.

1. Round-trip transfer from Tawau Airport to Semporna (about 70 minutes);

2. It takes about 50 minutes from Semporna Pier to Arcadia Resort;

3. 3 meals a day (buffet) plus afternoon tea;

4. The day service includes tea or coffee, cold water and brewed juice. (Soda and alcoholic beverages are not included);

5. Vacation package guests: Unlimited snorkeling within the resort;

6. Island hopping tour package guests: island hopping tour itinerary within the itinerary;

1.Round-trip air tickets, visas, and all personal consumption;

2. Malaysia tourist tax 10 MYR/room/night;

3. Semporna port tax 10 MYR/international tourists, 5 MYR/Malaysian tourists;

4. For guests who arrive in Semporna in advance, the resort does not provide pick-up and drop-off from hotels in the town. If you need to add pick-up and drop-off from hotels in the town to the pier, an additional RM10/person is required;

5. The island hopping tour includes snorkeling equipment and diving guide services; snorkeling within the resort requires an additional equipment fee of 20 MYR/set; snorkeling guide 70 MYR/hour;

6. Non-scheduled boat: chartered boat 1060 MYR/limited to 12 people (need to make an appointment in advance)

Ocean Park (Pearl Island Line) charges: (pay by hotel)

Sabah park fee: Malaysian tourists: MYR 8/person; international tourists: MYR 20/person

Ocean Park mountain climbing tickets: Malaysian tourists: 20 MYR/person; international tourists: 50 MYR/person

Additional charges for diving in Ocean Park: Malaysian tourists: MYR 100/person International tourists: MYR 150/person
