About Us

Kapas Coral Beach Resort is located on Kapas Island, 30 minutes’ drive from Sultan Mahmud Airport to Marang Jetty. Boat ride from Marang Jetty to Kapas Coral Beach Resort takes approximately 20 minutes by speed boat. Marang Jetty provides ample secured car parking lots.

We provide outdoor and marine activities such as snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, and squid catching. We canmanage your boat ride to island as well.

Check In/ Out Time

• Check in: The room is available from 3:00pm
• Check out:The room must be vacated by 11:00am
• Failure to check out by 11am will result in an additional charge RM30/hour while after 3pm will attracts full day charges.

Snorkelling schedule

Time= 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm

*1 check point at Marine Park for 2 hours

Hiking schedule

Time= 10.00am (Everyday), 2.00pm (Sat-Thurs), 4.00pm (Friday only)

*Guest STRICTLY need to wear shoes when hiking.

There are certain routes with sharp pebbles.

*Kid (a month -5 yrs old) are not encouraged.

Terms & Conditions

• Infant below 3 years, RM20 per person for package will occur.
• Due to adverse weather conditions on unforeseen operational conditions, Kapas Coral Beach Resort reserve the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation.
• Do take note that every room, max person per room are 3 adults only. Addition 1 child can be considered (Please add-on additional mattress). If more than that, please add another room. I.e. 3 adults and 2 kid are staying, make it 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 adult with 2 kids.
• There shall be NO REFUND of any deposit or reduction will be allowed in respect of accommodation, meals or any service not utilized for any reason.
• NO EXCHANGE OF SERVICES if the required service is unavailable. 
• Due to adverse weather conditions on unforeseen operational conditions, Kapas Coral Beach Resort reserve the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation.
• The resort is not responsible for any accidents or crime that happens during guests’ stay, especially because of self-neglect.
• The company reserves the right to alter or modify without prior notice of the itinerary, accommodation due to circumstances which the company has no control.
• All tour members taking part in any activities organized by resort shall do so at their own risk. Company shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by anyone. All tour members are advised to ensure themselves against personal injuries or loss of personal belonging.

Reminder

• Please remind guests that there are no water kettle inside the room due to the tap water in the room cannot be used for drinking and cooking because it’s not fully filtered. Only for external use such as bathing. If guest want to get hot plain water for drink, please ask the receptionist in advance. We will provide a flask/thermos with deposit Rm30/flask (refundable).
• Television is not provided inside the room due to the low line coverage. We don’t provide waterheater and hair dryer inside the bathroom due to electric shortage.
• For irons and ironing boards are available on the ground floor of superior B.
• We also do not have Wi-Fi at our resort. Most line are acceptable here except for u-Mobile. In addition, usually coverage at rooms are usually poor. If guests need to use internet, coverage at the café is okay.
• At 7am & 7pm, the electricity supply will be temporarily cut off for approximately 15-20 minutes. It’s for maintenance to change the solar system and generator.
• Do bring extra cash as there are no ATM machines available. Transactions valid are only CASH, MAE QR CODE and ONLINE TRANSFER only.
• Strictly cooking will be for special arrangement only. Cooking, burning inside the room without permission is not allowed. A penalty will be charged if caught.

Guest need to provide RM50/room cash for room deposit. It will be refund upon check out. For rental

activities, guest also need to provide cash deposit and it’s refundable.

• Main Traveller's name must be the same as your IC / passport; incorrect names may cause invalidation of redemption.
