What To Expect

• No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes allowed
• No refunds will be given due to rides closure or inclement weather
• For your safety, please do not bring any sharp and dangerous materials/objects
• Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
• In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows
• Kindly note that there is a RM 100 charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases
• The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands
• A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter

How to Get There:

By Car

• Drive 15 minutes in smooth traffic from Kuala Lumpur to Petaling Jaya via the Federal Highay, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, New Pantai Expressway and KESAS Highway

• Ample parking space available at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall and Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa

By Bus

• Take the KTM Train to Setia Jaya station, walk 5 minutes to the BRT and take to the Sunway Lagoon Station, walk down the escalator to the Surf Beach Entrance
• From KL Sentral, take bus U63 or U67 and alight at Sunway Pyramid

By Shuttle Bus

• Free shuttle bus service runs every 25 minutes
• Operating hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-9:30pm / Sat, Sun and Public Holidays 9:00am-9:30pm
• Shuttle Stops: Sunway Pyramid Hotel, Sunway Resort and Spa, Sunway Lagoon Entrance, Sun-U Residence, Sunway Medical Centre, Menara Sunway, Sunway University College (Side Entrance), Monash University Sunway Campus, Sunway Pyramid Shopping Shopping Mall (Under Lion head)

Sunway Lagoon Admission Ticket

• Admission Ticket to 6 Parks
• Admission Ticket to Night Park (6PM-11PM)

• Equipment combo (includes double tube rental, locker rental, waterproof pouch bag)
• Extreme park pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, and Go Kart (available for purchase onsite)

• Please present the E-Ticket via Mobile along with IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem admission wristband(s).
• Lead Traveler must be present during the redemption of admission wristband(s). The name entered must match the IC/Passport with no error.
• Kindly take note that Malaysian ticket is only applicable for mykad/mykid holder. Therefore if you purchase the ticket wrongly there will be a surcharge of RM100 per ticket at the entrance.

• Child ticket: Age 0-12 and above 90cm in height
• FREE admission for children below 90cm in height.
• Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
• Senior ticket: Age 60 and above
