• Costa Cruises do not provide advice regarding passports and/or visas. However, all guests are required to carry a passport usually valid for 6 months after disembarking the ship, and any necessary visas. No refund or compensation will be made to guests who are denied embarkation resulting from non-compliance of immigration requirements.
• Costa Cruises welcomes pregnant women but will NOT accept guests who will enter the 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of the cruise.
• Children under the age of 18 may not travel unaccompanied on board our ship. Babies will not be permitted to board if they are less than 6 months old on the first day of the cruise.
• All guests are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol and/ or alcoholic drink onboard the ship.
• A 6% foreign exchange conversion fee will be imposed as cruise fare affected by foreign exchange currency
• Non cruise component such as coach transfer, flight, insurance & etc. are strictly non-refundable.
