• As per Government of Malaysia requirements, Non-Malaysian guests will be charged a Tourism Tax of RM10 per unit per night and will be payable additionally upon check-in.
• Pets are strictly prohibited
• Each room must be at least 2 full paying adults then only followed by child rate.
• Please check the check-in period and surcharge date at below before booking.
• Before booking confirmed, please DO NOT proceed to any arrangements for this trip, such as flight, bus and hotel.
• Travelog Malaysia & Redang Beach Resort will not hold any responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our control.
• The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package anytime without prior notice.

• Tourism Tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed for all foreign tourist effective from 01 Sept 2017. Redang Beach Resort will collect the tourism tax from guest upon check in.

Guest & Extra Bed Policy :

• Children rate apply from age 4 to 11 years old (based on born of year: 2013-2020)
• Return Ferry ticket RM 30 will be imposed for children below 4 years old (based on born of year: 2021-2024)
• No single supplement charges, if single stay will need to pay 2 adults fare.
